* What does "Grill Magic" mean to you?

"Grill Magic means this idea of community; it means connection; it means a showcasing of the best of people....

One example really catches the community, connection, and goodness of people - The other day I worked a shift where six tables created a chain reaction - one table paid for a family and then it just continued on and on and on — people paying kindness forward until the end of the day.

The next morning, without any knowledge of the day before, two tables recreated the same pattern.

You don't see this kind of stuff just everywhere."

* How would you describe the Grill to someone who's never been before?

"It's like walking into a modern time capsule...everywhere you look, there's something to find. Except in this capsule, there's also delicious food!"

* Most underrated item on the menu?

"Nacho bowl, because it hits just like you want it to every time. Get it with the chili!!"

* Describe your job responsibilities in 10 words or less:

"Engaging the staff to best serve customers."

* What topic could you talk hours on end about?

"My dogs!! Spencer, the grump ol' hard-core yorkie; Toad, the 70-Ib lover-boi doodle; and Cora, our newest rescue in the crew!"
