* What's one technique you're proud of mastering recently?
"Line cooking on the weekends... Being able to juggle several different tasks all at once while on the line has been something that I've struggled with and am proud to have mastered a little bit better."
* What song or genre puts you in the zone during a rush?
"Recently the music that gets me in the zone is definitely electronic music... Beach house is also one of my favorite things to hear during a rush."
* What does Grill Magic mean to you?
"When I think of Grill Magic, I think of all my friends who work with me... who manage to make me laugh even in the most stressful moments."
* If you could add a dessert to the menu, which classic Little Grill ingredients would you use and what would you call the dish?
"If I could make a dessert at the grill I would want to do a take on a mixed berry shortcake using our strawberries and blueberries along with another seasonal fruit to create a compote to top our buttermilk biscuits or pancake with some whip cream. I imagine it could be called something like the berry little cake or something of that sort"
